I have download STM32 Nucleo-32 Schematics pack
(http://www.st.com/st-web-ui/static/active/en/resource/technical/layouts_and_diagrams/schematic_pack/nucleo-32pins_sch.zip)
but I try to import .schdoc it cann't work.
Anyone know how to open .schdoc file?

These appear to be Altium Designer files and not Eagle files. I've done
quick a bit of googling but I can't see any reference to a way of importing
Altium files into Eagle unfortunately. I only did a quick look though so
there might be a way that I missed.

These are Altium import/export files not Eagle..
